The structure is a new construction with architectural characteristics in full respect of the eco-energetics rules. Infact , it has 70 mq of solar pannels for the heating and warning of sanitary waters. It is surrounded by vineyards and it is located near to the "Ruina Dantesca" , mentioned by the superlative poet Dante Alighieri in the Divina Commedia.
